    From Sacramento Valley, head south on I-5 S. Merge onto I-205 W toward Tracy/San Francisco. After approximately 19 miles, merge onto I-580 W. Continue on I-580 W for about 15 miles. Take the exit for I-680 N toward Stockton. Follow I-680 N for about 14 miles, then take the exit for CA-24 W toward Walnut Creek. Merge onto CA-24 W and continue for about 3 miles. Take the exit for I-680 N and follow the signs for Mount Diablo State Park. Follow the signs to the park entrance at 1200 Mount Diablo Scenic Blvd, Diablo, CA 94528. Note that there is an entrance fee of $10 per vehicle.
