Walking
From the intersection of Haight and Ashbury, walk east on Haight Street towards Cole Street. The Evolutionary Rainbow mural is located at 1705 Haight Street, on the corner of Haight and Cole. The walk is short and straightforward, allowing you to take in the neighborhood's unique atmosphere.
Public Transport
From downtown San Francisco, take the N-Judah MUNI line and get off at the Cole Street station. Walk one block east on Haight Street to reach the Evolutionary Rainbow mural. Alternatively, the 7 Haight/Noriega bus also stops near the mural. A single ride on MUNI costs $3.
Driving
From Highway 101, exit onto Fell Street and continue west. Turn left onto Cole Street and then turn right onto Haight Street. The Evolutionary Rainbow mural will be on your right. Parking in the Haight-Ashbury can be challenging. Street parking is available but often limited, so be sure to check street signs for restrictions. Parking garages are available, but can be a 15-30 minute walk away and cost between $10-$50. Consider using a parking app to find available spots.
