From State Street, head east towards the intersection with Arrellaga Street. Continue walking on Arrellaga Street until you reach Mission Street. Turn left on Mission Street and walk until you reach Plaza Rubio. The Mission Rose Garden is located at 420 Plaza Rubio, just a short walk from here.

Public Transportation
Catch the MTD bus line 2 or 3 from any downtown Santa Barbara location. Ride the bus towards the Eastside and get off at the stop at Mission and Plaza Rubio. From the bus stop, walk south on Plaza Rubio for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the Mission Rose Garden located at 420 Plaza Rubio.
