From Santa Barbara, head to the Santa Barbara MTD transit center located on 1020 Chapala St. Take the 'Route 20 - Goleta' bus towards Goleta. Get off at the stop at 'Mission Dr & Alisal Rd' in Solvang. From there, it's a short walk to Old Mission Santa Ines, located at 1760 Mission Dr. Just head east on Mission Dr for about 0.5 miles until you reach the mission.

If you're up for a bike ride, rent a bike from one of the local bike rentals in Santa Barbara. Start by heading north on State St, then turn onto Mission St. Follow Mission St until you reach 101 N freeway. Use the bike path along the freeway to head towards Solvang. Once you reach the intersection of Mission Dr and Alisal Rd, turn left onto Mission Dr and continue for about 0.5 miles to reach Old Mission Santa Ines at 1760 Mission Dr.

If you prefer to walk and are staying in the downtown area, you can follow State St heading north. After about a mile, take a left on Mission St, which will eventually lead you out of the urban area. This path will take you towards the outskirts of Santa Barbara where you will continue onto Mission Dr. Walk along Mission Dr for approximately 2 miles until you reach Old Mission Santa Ines at 1760 Mission Dr.
