Walking
If you are starting from Santa Barbara's downtown area, head towards State Street. Walk south until you reach the intersection with Anacapa Street. Turn left onto Anacapa Street, and continue walking for approximately 5 blocks. The Funk Zone will be on your left at 137 Anacapa St. Look for the vibrant murals and signs that mark the entrance to this artistic enclave.
Public Transportation - MTD Bus
From any point in Santa Barbara, locate the nearest MTD bus stop. Take the Line 2 or Line 3 bus heading towards the waterfront. Get off at the 'Anacapa & Cota' stop. From there, walk east on Cota Street until you reach Anacapa Street. Turn left on Anacapa Street and walk north for about two blocks. The Funk Zone will be on your right at 137 Anacapa St.
Biking
If you prefer to bike, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in downtown Santa Barbara. Head south on State Street until you reach Cota Street. Turn left on Cota and bike east until you reach Anacapa Street. Turn left again and bike north on Anacapa Street for about 2 blocks. Park your bike at one of the bike racks available near The Funk Zone, located at 137 Anacapa St.
