Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in downtown Santa Barbara, head towards State Street. Walk south along State Street until you reach Cabrillo Boulevard. Turn left onto Cabrillo Boulevard and continue walking east. East Beach will be on your right side after about 15-20 minutes of walking. Look for the East Beach sign near the entrance.

  • Biking

    If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in downtown Santa Barbara. Once you have your bike, head south on State Street, then take a left onto Cabrillo Boulevard. Follow Cabrillo Boulevard east for about 1.5 miles. You will see East Beach on your right. There are bike racks available for parking once you arrive.

    For those using public transportation, you can catch the MTD bus routes 1, 2, or 3 from various stops in downtown Santa Barbara. Make sure to get off at the 'Cabrillo Blvd. & Bath St.' stop.
