Discover more about No Vacancy

Step back in time at No Vacancy, a hidden gem located in a historic Victorian house built in 1902, just off Hollywood Boulevard. This unique speakeasy-style bar transports visitors to the Roaring Twenties, offering an escape from the modern world. The Houston brothers, known for their transformative Los Angeles nightlife venues, created No Vacancy as an homage to the Prohibition era. The adventure begins even before you enter, as finding the entrance is part of the fun. Look for a gated parking lot and a gleaming "No Vacancy" sign on Hudson Avenue. Like many popular Los Angeles hotspots, gaining access can require some strategy. Reserving a table is the most reliable way to get in, but timing and the venue's unspoken hierarchy also play a role. Inside, the bar features deeply colored woods, plush red velvets, oriental rugs, and leather furniture, creating a rich and fantastical atmosphere. The space includes a lobby area, a large bar room, and an expansive outdoor patio with a dance floor. Live bands and DJs provide entertainment, and burlesque dancers perform on weekends. No Vacancy offers a rotating selection of craft cocktails and a beer selection.
