Walking
To reach Pershing Square from the Santa Monica Pier, start by heading east on Ocean Avenue towards Colorado Avenue. Turn left onto Colorado Avenue and walk straight until you reach 4th Street. Turn right onto 4th Street and continue walking until you reach the Santa Monica Metro Station. Take the Expo Line train towards Downtown Los Angeles. Get off at the 7th Street/Metro Center station. From there, transfer to the Red Line towards Union Station. Get off at the Pershing Square station. Exit the station and walk east on 5th Street. Turn left on Olive Street and you will find Pershing Square at 532 S Olive St.
Public Transportation
From your location in Santa Monica, head to the nearest Big Blue Bus stop. Take the Rapid 10 Bus, which heads towards Downtown Los Angeles. Ride the bus until you reach the 7th Street/Metro Center stop. From there, transfer to the Metro Red Line towards Union Station. Get off at the Pershing Square stop. Once you exit, walk east on 5th Street, then turn left onto Olive Street to arrive at Pershing Square located at 532 S Olive St.
