From any point in Downtown Santa Monica, head towards the Santa Monica Promenade. If you're near the Third Street Promenade, walk towards the intersection of Third Street and Colorado Avenue. After a short walk, you will reach the Santa Monica Pier. The Santa Monica Pier Carousel is located at 1624 Ocean Front Walk, just to the right when you enter the pier area.
