Driving
From Lone Pine, head west on Whitney Portal Road for approximately 2.5 miles. Turn right onto Movie Road (a dirt road). Continue on Movie Road for about 1.5 miles, then stay right at the fork in the road. The Mobius Arch trailhead parking lot will be on your left. The drive on Movie Road can be bumpy, but it's generally suitable for most vehicles. Parking is free in the dirt lot at the trailhead.

If you are already exploring the Alabama Hills, follow the marked trails towards Mobius Arch. The trail is well-signed from various points within the Alabama Hills. Be sure to have a map or GPS device to help navigate, as some trails may be unmarked. The final approach to the arch involves a short, easy scramble over rocks.
