Merge onto I-880 N and follow it for approximately 5 miles. Take exit 4A for CA-237 W toward Mountain View. Continue on CA-237 W for about 3 miles and take exit 4 toward Zanker Rd. Merge onto Zanker Rd and follow it for about 1.5 miles. Turn right onto Montague Expressway, then merge onto I-880 S. Take exit 2B toward US-101 S. Continue on US-101 S, and take exit 392A for I-880 N toward Oakland. After that, exit at 4A for CA-237 W toward Mountain View. Take the exit for 1st St and turn left onto 1st St. Continue straight until you reach Railroad Ave, then turn right. The South Bay Historical Railroad will be on your right at 1005 Railroad Ave, Santa Clara, CA 95050.

If you prefer public transportation, you can start by taking the Caltrain from your nearest station. Board a southbound train heading towards San Jose Diridon Station. Once you arrive at San Jose Diridon Station, transfer to the VTA Light Rail. Take the Light Rail Line 901 towards Mountain View and get off at the Great America Station. From there, it's a short walk to the nearest bus stop. Board VTA Bus Route 60 towards the Great America/Santa Clara and get off at the Railroad Ave stop. Walk east on Railroad Ave for about 10 minutes until you reach 1005 Railroad Ave, Santa Clara, CA 95050.
