  • Public Transit - Bus

    To reach Ravenswood Historic Site from Stockton using public transit, start by heading to the Stockton Transit Center located at 22 N El Dorado St, Stockton, CA 95202. From here, take the San Joaquin Regional Transit District (SJRTD) bus route 40 towards Livermore. This bus will take you directly towards Livermore, where you will transfer to another bus. Get off at the Livermore Transit Center. Once at the Livermore Transit Center, transfer to bus route 3 towards the 'East Ave & Portola' stop. After approximately 15 minutes on this bus, disembark at the bus stop closest to 2647 Arroyo Rd. From there, Ravenswood Historic Site is a short walk; follow Arroyo Rd heading east until you reach the site.

    If you prefer to ride a bicycle, you can start your journey from Stockton by heading south towards the San Joaquin River Trail. Follow the trail towards the east until you reach the intersection with the Livermore Ave. Bike Path. Continue along the path until you reach Livermore.
