    Start at the Venice Beach Boardwalk, near the Venice Beach Skate Park. Head east on Windward Avenue until you reach Pacific Avenue. Turn left on Pacific Avenue, continue walking until you reach Rose Avenue, then turn right. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Main Street. From there, continue heading straight onto Main Street until you reach the intersection with California Avenue. At this point, you will see signs directing you towards the Santa Monica area. Follow the path that leads towards Santa Monica Boulevard. After walking for approximately 1.5 miles, you will arrive at Hancock Park, which is located in Los Angeles.

    If you have access to a bike, start at the Venice Beach Boardwalk. Head north on the bike path along the beach until you reach the intersection of Venice Boulevard. Turn left on Venice Boulevard and continue straight until it merges with Lincoln Boulevard. Follow Lincoln Boulevard north and then take a right onto Washington Boulevard. Continue until you reach La Cienega Boulevard, then head north. Finally, follow La Cienega Boulevard until you reach Hancock Park. The total biking distance is approximately 4 miles.

    From the Venice Beach Boardwalk, walk to the nearest bus stop on Pacific Avenue. Take the Metro Bus Line 33 heading towards LAX City Bus Center. Ride for about 20 minutes until you reach the stop at La Brea Avenue and 3rd Street. From there, transfer to the Metro Bus Line 105 towards the 'Culver City / Centinela' stop. Ride for another 15 minutes until you arrive at the stop near Hancock Park. Walk a short distance west to reach your destination.
