    Start from the Venice Beach Boardwalk. Head southeast on Ocean Front Walk towards South Venice Boulevard. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Pacific Avenue. Turn left on Pacific Avenue and walk until you reach Washington Boulevard. Turn right on Washington Boulevard and keep walking for about 1 mile until you reach the Venice Pier. From there, you can take a bus to your destination.

    Public Transport

    From the Venice Beach Boardwalk, walk to the nearest bus stop on Washington Boulevard. Take the Metro Bus Line 33 towards 'Slauson & Central' and get off at the stop 'Pacific Coast Highway & Palos Verdes Drive'. From there, you will still need to walk approximately 0.5 miles to reach Point Vicente Lighthouse at 31550 Palos Verdes Dr W, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275.

    Biking

    If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the rental shops along the Venice Beach Boardwalk. Head southeast towards South Venice Boulevard, then turn left onto Pacific Avenue. Continue until you reach Washington Boulevard and turn right. Follow Washington Boulevard for about 1 mile until you reach the Venice Pier. From there, you can continue biking along the coast, following signs towards Rancho Palos Verdes, which is approximately a 10-mile bike ride.
