Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car from the center of Kampong Speu, start by heading south on Street 1 towards Ekareach Street. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Ekareach Street. Turn left onto Ekareach Street and drive for approximately 6 kilometers. Look for signs indicating the Kbal Chhay view point as you approach the area. There is a small parking area available near the viewpoint.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, you can take a tuk-tuk from the Kampong Speu bus station. Inform the driver that you want to go to Kbal Chhay view point, which is located on Ekareach Street. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes and should cost around 10,000 to 15,000 KHR (approximately $2.50 - $3.75). Make sure to confirm the price before starting your journey. Once you arrive at 286 Ekareach Street, the viewpoint will be a short walk from where the tuk-tuk drops you off.

• Bicycle

  For the more adventurous, renting a bicycle can be a great way to reach Kbal Chhay view point. You can rent a bicycle from various shops in Kampong Speu. Start your journey by heading south on Street 1 towards Ekareach Street. Continue cycling straight for about 2 kilometers, then turn left onto Ekareach Street. The ride will take you through scenic areas, but be prepared for some traffic as you approach the viewpoint. The distance is roughly 8 kilometers from the center of Kampong Speu.
