Look for signs indicating the Kbal Chhay view point as you approach the area. There is a small parking area available near the viewpoint.

For those using public transportation, you can take a tuk-tuk from the Kampong Speu bus station. Inform the driver that you want to go to Kbal Chhay view point, which is located on Ekareach Street. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes and should cost around 10,000 to 15,000 KHR (approximately $2.50 - $3.75). Make sure to confirm the price before starting your journey. Once you arrive at 286 Ekareach Street, the viewpoint will be a short walk from where the tuk-tuk drops you off.
