Tuk-tuk/Moto-taxi
From Kep town center, hire a tuk-tuk or moto-taxi for a direct ride to Phnom Sorsia. The journey takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Negotiate the fare beforehand, typically around $5-$7 USD for a round trip, including waiting time. The driver will likely wait for you at the base of the mountain while you explore.
Driving
If driving from Kampot, head southeast on National Road 33 (NR33) towards Kep. After approximately 13.5km, look for a sign indicating 'Phnom Sorsia Resort'. Turn onto the dirt road and follow it for about 1km to the mountain's base. Parking is available near the temple at the base of the mountain. Parking is generally free, but a small tip to the parking attendant is appreciated.
Public Transport
From Kampot, take a bus or shared taxi heading towards Kep. Ask to be dropped off at the turn-off to Phnom Sorsia on National Road 33 (NR33). From there, it's a 1km walk along a dirt road to the mountain's base. Alternatively, hire a moto-taxi from the turn-off for around $1-$2 USD to cover the final kilometer.
