Boat
If you are on Koh Rong, start by heading to the main pier in Koh Rong. From the pier, look for boats that are headed to Sihanoukville. The journey usually takes about 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Sihanoukville port, you will need to take a tuk-tuk or a taxi to Wat Leu Pagoda. The pagoda is approximately 3 kilometers from the port. Inform the driver to take you to JGPC+2QF, Preah Sihanouk. This should take around 10 minutes.

From your accommodation on Koh Rong, you can ask your hotel staff or locals to arrange a tuk-tuk for you that will take you to the main pier. Once you reach the pier, catch a boat to Sihanoukville. After reaching Sihanoukville, hire a tuk-tuk to Wat Leu Pagoda. Make sure to show the driver the address: JGPC+2QF, Preah Sihanouk. It is a quick ride of about 10 minutes.

Walking
If you are staying close to the beach on Koh Rong, you can walk to the main pier. It is usually a short and scenic walk. Once you get to the pier, board a boat to Sihanoukville. After arriving at Sihanoukville, you can take a walk or hire a tuk-tuk to Wat Leu Pagoda. It is advisable to take a tuk-tuk if you have luggage, as the pagoda is about 3 kilometers from the port.
