Ferry & Walking
The primary way to reach Starfish Bungalows is by ferry from Sihanoukville to Koh Rong Island. Several ferry companies operate daily from the Ochheuteal (Serendipity) pier in Sihanoukville to the main pier in Koh Touch (Tui Beach). Companies include Speed Ferry Cambodia, Island Speed Boat Cambodia, Buva Sea, Angkor Speed Ferry, and GTVC. A round-trip ticket costs approximately $25 USD, and the journey takes 45 minutes to 1 hour. Upon arrival at the main pier in Koh Touch, Starfish Bungalows is easily accessible by foot. Head right along the beach from the pier for approximately 15 minutes. The path is straightforward and offers scenic views of the coastline. Note that the path may be uneven in places, so wear appropriate footwear. During the day, the walk is pleasant, but at night, a flashlight or headlamp is recommended as the path is not well-lit. Alternatively, arrange for a boat taxi from the pier to the bungalows for around $5-$10 USD.
