After a day on the water, tourists can relax by the riverbank, enjoying the serene environment.During the dry season, from January to May, Kampi becomes a hub for locals and tourists alike, who enjoy swimming in the clear waters and relaxing with local snacks and cold drinks. Bamboo platforms are constructed over a shallow part of the Mekong River, offering visitors a place to relax in hammocks and take refreshing dips in the water. However, Kampi Rapids is closed during the wet season due to high water levels, making swimming unsafe.

Tuk-Tuk/Taxi
From Kratie town, the most common way to reach Kampi Mega Rapid is by tuk-tuk or taxi. The journey takes approximately 30-45 minutes.
