To reach Phnom Kulen by car from Oddar Meanchey, start your journey by heading south on National Road 68 (NR68) towards Siem Reap. The drive is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on traffic. Once you reach Siem Reap, continue on NR6 until you see signs for Phnom Kulen National Park. From there, you will need to take a smaller road leading up to the mountain.
