To reach Phnom Kulen by car from Oddar Meanchey, start your journey by heading south on National Road 68 (NR68) towards Siem Reap. The drive is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on traffic. Once you reach Siem Reap, continue on NR6 until you see signs for Phnom Kulen National Park. From there, you will need to take a smaller road leading up to the mountain. Keep in mind that there is an entrance fee of around $20 per person to access the park.

If you prefer public transportation, start at the Oddar Meanchey bus station and take a bus to Siem Reap. The fare is usually around $10 and the journey takes about 3 to 4 hours. Once in Siem Reap, you can hire a tuk-tuk or a taxi to take you to Phnom Kulen. The tuk-tuk ride will cost about $15 to $25 depending on negotiation and distance, and it will take around 1 hour to reach the entrance of the park where you will need to pay the $20 entrance fee.
