If you're renting a bicycle, start from the Central Market (Phsar Thmei). Head west on Street 63, then turn left onto Street 148. Follow this street until you reach the riverfront, then turn right onto Sisowath Quay. Continue until you reach Street 154, then turn left. After about 5 minutes, Le Moon Rooftop will be on your right.
Moto Taxi
From the Independence Monument, you can find a moto taxi nearby. Inform the rider that you would like to go to Le Moon Rooftop at 154 Dekcho Damdin St. (154). This should take about 5-7 minutes. The fare is usually around $1. Make sure to agree on the price before you start your journey.
