If you're starting from the Royal Palace, head east along Samdach Sothearos Boulevard until you reach the intersection with Street 136. If you're near the Riverside area (Sisowath Quay), head north along the riverfront, then turn left onto Street 136. Continue walking for about 10-15 minutes, and you will find OSTEX Bar on your right at 12204 Street 136, just before the intersection with Street 13.
