    If you are starting from the Riverside area (Sisowath Quay), head north along the riverfront until you reach the intersection with Street 178. Turn left onto Street 178 and continue walking until you reach the junction with Samdach Sothearos Blvd. Turn right onto Samdach Sothearos Blvd and follow it for about 600 meters. The Royal Palace will be on your left, just before the intersection with Street 240. Look for the grand entrance gates.

    You can easily hire a tuk-tuk from anywhere in Phnom Penh. Just tell the driver 'Royal Palace' or show them the address: Samdach Sothearos Blvd (3). Most drivers will know the way. The ride from popular areas like the Central Market or Wat Phnom should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The tuk-tuk will drop you off right at the entrance.

  • Bicycle

    If you're renting a bicycle, head south towards the riverfront area, then follow the river north until you reach the intersection with Street 178. Turn left onto Street 178, and continue to Samdach Sothearos Blvd. Turn right and cycle for about 600 meters. The Royal Palace will be on your left.
