  If you are driving from the center of Preah Sihanouk (Sihanoukville), start heading south on National Road 4 towards the coast. Continue straight for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the junction for Saracen Bay. Follow the signs to Saracen Bay, which will direct you to the ferry terminal. Once at the terminal, you will need to park your car in the designated parking area. The parking fee is usually around $2 per day. From there, take a ferry to Koh Rong Sanloem. The ferry ride takes around 30 minutes and typically costs about $20 round trip. Upon arrival at Saracen Bay on Koh Rong Sanloem, you can walk to Moonlight Resort, which is located a short distance from the beach.

  To reach Moonlight Resort using public transport, you can take a tuk-tuk or taxi from anywhere in Preah Sihanouk to the ferry terminal at the coast. This ride generally costs around $5-$10 depending on your starting point. Once you arrive at the ferry terminal, purchase a ticket for the ferry to Koh Rong Sanloem, which costs approximately $20 for a round trip. After a 30-minute ferry ride, disembark at Saracen Bay.
