If you are traveling by car within the East Region, start your journey on the main highway (N3) heading towards Douala. Continue on N3 until you reach the exit towards Douala city center. Follow the signs to Deido, and as you enter the Deido area, use GPS coordinates (4.0681364, 9.7107273) for accurate navigation. Upon reaching Deido, look for signs to Deido plage. There is limited parking available near the beach, so plan accordingly.

Public Transportation

To reach Deido plage using public transportation, start by taking a bus or shared taxi from your location in the East Region to Douala. The fare for the bus is approximately 2,000 to 5,000 CFA, depending on your starting point. Once you arrive in Douala, head towards the Deido neighborhood. You can take a local taxi or moto-taxi from the bus station to Deido plage. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand, which should be around 1,000 to 2,000 CFA. If you prefer, you can walk from the bus station to Deido plage, which is about a 30-minute walk.
