If you are driving from Yaoundé, take the N3 road heading towards the East Region. After approximately 5 hours, follow signs for Mankon. Once you reach Mankon, navigate to the coordinates 6.003148, 10.104402. The Mankon Museum is located at this address: 2433+7Q2, Mankon. There is no parking fee at the museum.
Public Transportation
To reach Mankon by public transport, take a bus from Yaoundé to Bertoua. The fare is approximately 5,000 FCFA and the journey takes about 4-5 hours. Once in Bertoua, you will need to find a local taxi (known as a 'taxi-brousse') to Mankon. The taxi fare is around 1,500 FCFA and takes about 1-2 hours.
