From the center of Foumban, head towards the main road (Rue de l'Indépendance) and walk north. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenue de la Réunification. Walk for approximately 1.5 km, and you will see signs directing you towards Koutaba. Follow these signs until you reach the outskirts of Koutaba.

Once you are in Koutaba, ask locals for directions to Rivière Meghah. It is located in a rural area, so it is advisable to get additional guidance from the residents. Walk towards JPPX+J4P, and take the dirt path leading towards the river. The scenic path will take around 30 minutes to walk, depending on your pace.

Alternatively, you can take a motorcycle taxi (boda-boda) from Foumban to Koutaba. Get to the main motorcycle taxi stand in Foumban and negotiate a fare. The ride should take about 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Koutaba, follow the walking directions mentioned above to reach Rivière Meghah.
