From the center of Mbouda, head east towards Avenue de la Réunification. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenue du Général de Gaulle. Keep walking straight, and you will find CARREFOUR BUFFALO located at J7JJ+G6J, just a short distance ahead on your left.
