Getting There

• Walking

  Starting from the Mbouda town center, head towards the main market. Walk south on the Avenue de la République. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the 'Carrefour Mbouda' intersection. Here, take a left onto Rue des Martyrs, continuing straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit towards Bafoussam. Continue walking for approximately 30 minutes. You’ll pass by several local shops and cafes along the way. Look for signs directing you towards Bafoussam. After this stretch, you will see a sign indicating you are nearing Medjio à baleng.

• Public Transport (Motorbike Taxi)

  From the Mbouda town center, you can take a motorbike taxi (commonly known as 'bendskin'). Approach any motorbike taxi driver and tell them you want to go to 'Medjio à baleng' or just say 'Bafoussam'. They will take you towards the direction of Bafoussam. The ride should take approximately 20 minutes. Make sure to negotiate the fare before you start your journey. Once you arrive near the Bafoussam area, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest landmark to Medjio à baleng, then continue walking towards the destination.

• Walking from Bafoussam

  If you have reached Bafoussam, start at the central bus station. Head northwest on Avenue de la République for about 10 minutes until you spot the large roundabout. Take the first exit at the roundabout onto Rue de la Liberté. Walk straight for about 25 minutes, and you will see the sign for Medjio à baleng on your right. Follow the path leading to the attraction.
