Negotiate the fare before starting your journey. Tell the driver you want to go to Mont Febe, and they will likely take you to the Mont Febe Hotel or the Benedictine Monastery.

Public Transport

Alternatively, you can take a shared taxi (taxi-brousse) from the central taxi station in Yaoundé towards Etougebe or Ngousso. The fare is approximately 500-1000 CFA. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to Mount Febe. From there, you can walk (about 30 minutes) or hire a moto-taxi (approximately 1000-2000 CFA) to reach the base of the mountain.
