Walking
From the center of Tiko, head towards the main road (A2) which leads to Limbe. Walk for about 15 minutes until you reach the Tiko market area. At the market, you can ask locals for directions to Bimbia. They will likely point you towards the path leading to Bimbia, which is approximately 4 km away. Follow the dirt path leading towards the outskirts of town.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the shops in Tiko. Start from the town center and ride towards the main road (A2) leading to Limbe. Cycle for about 10 minutes until you reach the market area. From there, take the Bimbia trail, which is a dirt path that is suitable for bicycles. It will take you approximately 20-30 minutes to reach the Bimbia Slave Trade Site.
Motorbike Taxi
For a quicker option, you can take a motorbike taxi. From anywhere in Tiko, you can flag down a motorbike taxi (commonly known as 'benskin') and tell the driver you want to go to Bimbia. They will know the location. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic, and it will drop you off near the entrance to the Bimbia Slave Trade Site.
