Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start by navigating to the Trans-Canada Highway (BC-1). From any location in the British Columbia Interior, head towards Kamloops, then take the highway towards Hope. Continue on the BC-1 until you reach the border with Alberta, then continue east until you reach Calgary. From Calgary, you will head southeast on the AB-2 South to reach the U.S. border. After crossing into the United States, take I-15 South until you reach I-90 East. Follow I-90 until you reach the I-94 East and continue until you enter Ontario, eventually leading you to Toronto. Once in Toronto, follow the signs to Queens Quay W where the Toronto Music Garden is located at 479 Queens Quay W, Toronto, ON M5V 3M8. Be aware that there may be tolls along some of these routes, and parking in downtown Toronto can also incur costs.

• Public Transportation

  If you prefer public transportation, you can take a Greyhound bus from various cities in the British Columbia Interior to Toronto. Once you arrive in Toronto, you can take the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) subway. Depending on your arrival point, you may need to transfer lines. For example, if you arrive at Union Station, you can walk to the Toronto Music Garden located at 479 Queens Quay W. Additionally, you may want to check the schedules and book your tickets in advance as well as consider the costs associated with bus fares and TTC passes.

• Combination (Car and Public Transit)

  Another option is to drive part of the way and then take public transportation. You could drive to a nearby city with a major bus terminal (like Kamloops or Kelowna), and from there, take a Greyhound bus to Toronto. Upon arrival, use the TTC to reach the Toronto Music Garden. This combination approach allows for flexibility and can save time, but make sure to factor in the costs of both driving (gas, potential overnight parking) and public transit.
