If you are driving to Petit-de-Grat Island from any location in Cape Breton Island, first get onto NS-105 S (Trans-Canada Highway). Follow NS-105 S until you reach Exit 39 for NS-4 S towards Port Hawkesbury. Continue on NS-4 S for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the junction with NS-104. Take the exit onto NS-104 E towards Antigonish. After about 10 kilometers, take Exit 1 towards NS-4 S (towards Port Hawkesbury). Continue on NS-4 S until you reach the village of Petit-de-Grat, where you will find access points to the island. Parking is available in the village.
