From Cariboo, head east on Highway 97 towards Cache Creek. Continue on Highway 97 until you reach the junction with Highway 1. Take Highway 1 East towards Kamloops. From Kamloops, follow signs for Highway 5 North towards Tête Jaune Cache. At the end of Highway 5, merge onto Highway 16 East. Continue on Highway 16 until you reach Highway 11, then take Highway 11 East. Follow this route until you reach Nipigon, Ontario. The Lake Superior National Marine Conservation Area is located at 22 3rd St, Nipigon, ON P0T 2J0.
