Beothuk Lake is located in central Newfoundland and is best accessed by car. From the Trans-Canada Highway (Route 1), take the exit for Route 370 towards Buchans. Follow Route 370 until you reach Buchans, and then continue on the road towards Beothuk Lake. Alternatively, from Badger, take Route 370 North approximately 45km. Beothuk Lake is a large lake, and there are various access points around the lake, including Millertown and Buchans. Check local road conditions, especially during winter months. There are no toll roads on the way to Beothuk Lake, and parking is available at various access points. Parking is free.
