Take bus number 1 (route to Stratford) and ride it for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the stop at the intersection of Route 1 and Warren Grove Road. From there, transfer to bus number 3 (route to Cornwall) and continue for another 10 minutes. Disembark at the stop closest to the intersection of N York River Rd. Walk approximately 1 kilometer along N York River Rd toward Deep Roots Distillery, which will be on your left.

Begin your journey in downtown Charlottetown. Head northeast on Queen Street, then turn left onto Grafton Street. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront and take the Confederation Trail. Follow the trail for about 10 kilometers until you reach the intersection with N York River Rd. Turn left onto N York River Rd and bike about 2 kilometers until you reach Deep Roots Distillery on your left.
