Getting There

• Car

  From Ottawa, take Highway 417 East towards Rockland. Merge onto Highway 174 East and then onto Highway 34 North. Continue on Highway 34 until you reach the junction with Highway 50. Take Highway 50 East, which will lead you directly into Vankleek Hill. Once you arrive in Vankleek Hill, follow Main St E to the museum located at 95 Main St E. Parking is available nearby.

• Public Transportation

  From Ottawa, take the OC Transpo bus route 95 to the St. Laurent Station. From there, transfer to the Greyhound bus service towards Hawkesbury. Get off at the Vankleek Hill stop. The museum is a short walk from the bus stop; head south on Main St E, and you will find the Vankleek Hill Museum & Tourist Information Center at 95 Main St E.   If you are coming from Montreal, take Highway 40 West towards Ontario. Merge onto Highway 401 West. Take exit 721 for Highway 417 towards Ottawa. Stay on Highway 417 until you reach the junction for Highway 34 North. Follow Highway 34 North to Vankleek Hill. Once in Vankleek Hill, navigate to Main St E, where the museum is located at 95 Main St E. Look for parking options nearby as you approach.

  From Cornwall, take Highway 138 North. Merge onto Highway 401 West and then take exit 721 for Highway 417 towards Ottawa. Follow the 417 until you find the junction with Highway 34 North. Continue on Highway 34 until you reach Vankleek Hill. The museum is located at 95 Main St E. Parking should be available in the area.
