Getting There

  • Car

    From the park's visitor center near Alma, head uphill on Route 114. After 7.4 kilometers, turn right onto Laverty Road. Continue on Laverty Road for 1 kilometer during the summer season to find the small parking area by the Third Vault Falls trailhead. Note that in winter or early spring, the gate on Laverty Road may be closed, requiring parking at the road's start. Park entry fees are applicable from mid-May to mid-October. Daily fees are CAD 9 for adults. Parking is free at the trailhead.

    Take a bus to Alma from Moncton. From Alma, arrange for a taxi or ride-share service to the Third Vault Falls trailhead, approximately a 10-minute drive. The taxi fare may range from CAD 15 to CAD 25. Park entry fees are applicable upon arrival at Fundy National Park from mid-May to mid-October. Daily fees are CAD 9 for adults.
