From Gros Morne National Park, head south on Route 430 (the Viking Trail) towards Deer Lake. Continue for about 20 km until you reach the junction with Route 1 (Trans-Canada Highway). Turn left onto Route 1 and continue for approximately 35 km. Take the exit for Route 440 towards York Harbour. Follow Route 440 for about 15 km, and you will arrive at Blow Me Down Provincial Park, located just off the road. The drive will take approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic.
