Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the Gros Morne National Park Visitor Centre located at 130 Main Street, Woody Point, NL. Head west on NL-430 for approximately 10 km until you reach a junction. Take the exit for NL-431 toward Bonne Bay. Continue on NL-431 for about 12 km until you see the Lookout Hills Trailhead on your right. There is parking available at the trailhead.

Public Transportation
If you're using public transportation, take the bus service from Norris Point to Woody Point, which operates daily. Once you reach Woody Point, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare to take you to the Lookout Hills Trailhead. It's about a 15-minute taxi ride (approximately 12 km) from Woody Point to the trailhead. Expect taxi fares to be around CAD 30 to CAD 40.

Hiking
If you are already in the area and prefer to hike, you can start from the nearest hiking trail that connects to Lookout Hills Trail. From the Visitor Centre, take the Moose Path trail which leads towards the NL-431. Follow the signs for Lookout Hills Trail, which is well marked. This will add approximately 5 km to your hike, but you will be rewarded with stunning views along the way.
