Walking
If you are in downtown Halifax, head towards the waterfront. Start at the Halifax Citadel, located at 5425 Sackville St. Exit the Citadel Park and walk down to Sackville St. Turn left and continue until you reach Barrington St. Turn right on Barrington St. and walk south until you reach the waterfront. You will see the historic buildings and the harbor as you approach Lower Water St, where the Halifax Waterfront is located.
Public Transit (Bus)
Find the nearest bus stop and catch a bus heading towards the Halifax Waterfront. The Metro Transit bus routes 1, 3, 7, and 9 have stops close to the waterfront. If you are near the Halifax Central Library, catch bus route 1 or 7 from the bus terminal at 6060 Almon St. Get off at the stop at Lower Water St. and walk east for a few minutes to reach the waterfront area.
Taxi or Rideshare
