If you're starting from the Halifax Waterfront, walk north along the boardwalk until you reach the end near the Halifax Seaport Farmers' Market. From there, turn left onto Lower Water Street and continue until you reach Barrington Street. Turn right onto Barrington Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Hollis Street. Turn left onto Hollis Street, and you will find the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia at 1723 Hollis Street, a short walk from this intersection.
