If you're starting from the North End of Halifax, head south toward Barrington Street. You can take any of the side streets leading to Barrington, such as Isleville Street or Almon Street. As you walk down, look for signs directing you to the downtown area. Once you reach Barrington Street, turn left and walk along it. Continue walking south for approximately 15-20 minutes until you reach the Grand Parade located at 1770 Barrington St. You'll see a large open space with historical buildings around it, making it easy to spot.
