Walking
From the center of Spring Garden, head south towards South Park Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Spring Garden Road. Turn left onto Spring Garden Road and walk until you reach the intersection with Barrington Street. Cross over Barrington Street, continuing straight onto Argyle Street. Walk down Argyle Street until you reach the waterfront area. You will see the Emigrant Statue located at 1215 Marginal Rd, right along the waterfront.

Public Transit - Bus
If you prefer to take public transit, you can catch the Halifax Transit bus from the Spring Garden area. Head to the nearest bus stop on Spring Garden Road and take bus number 14 or 19. Both buses will take you towards the waterfront area. Get off at the stop closest to the Halifax waterfront. From there, it is a short 5-minute walk towards Marginal Road where the Emigrant Statue is located. Note that bus fares are approximately CAD 3.50 per trip.
