Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car within the Interlake Region, head towards Gimli, Manitoba. From Winnipeg, take the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway 1) heading west. After approximately 60 km, take the exit for Highway 7 north towards Gimli. Follow Highway 7 for about 40 km until you reach Gimli. Once in Gimli, continue on Main Street until you reach 1 Ave. Turn left (west) onto 1 Ave, and the New Iceland Heritage Museum will be on your left at 94 1 Ave, Gimli, MB R0C 1B1.
