If you are driving, head to Highway 15 North from anywhere in Lanaudière. Follow signs for Montreal until you reach the junction with Highway 440. Merge onto Highway 440 West and continue until you reach exit 24 for Boulevard des Laurentides. Continue straight onto Boulevard des Laurentides, then turn left onto Boulevard Sainte-Rose. After about 1.5 km, you will see Parc de la Rivière-des-Mille-Îles on your right at 345 Boulevard Sainte-Rose, Laval, QC H7L 1M7. Parking is available on-site, but may incur a fee depending on the time of year.

To reach Parc de la Rivière-des-Mille-Îles using public transportation, start by taking a bus or train to the Laval area. If you are near a train station, take the commuter train to the Montmorency station. From Montmorency, transfer to the 39 or 70 bus heading towards Sainte-Rose. Get off at the stop at Boulevard Sainte-Rose and walk approximately 10 minutes to the park entrance at 345 Boulevard Sainte-Rose. Make sure to check the current bus schedules, as they may vary.
