Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Lanaudière. Head north on Route 125 towards Mandeville. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Chem. des Cascades. Turn left onto Chem. des Cascades and follow the road for about 5 kilometers. You will see the entrance to Parc régional de la chute du Calvaire on your right. There is a parking area available, which may incur a small fee, so please check for signage upon arrival.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Parc régional de la chute du Calvaire using public transportation, you can take a bus from the nearest major city. From Joliette, take the bus to Mandeville, which operates daily. Upon arriving in Mandeville, you will need to call a local taxi service to cover the remaining distance to Chem. des Cascades, as public transportation does not go directly to the park. The taxi ride will take approximately 15 minutes, and the fare is typically around CAD 15-20.

• Bicycle

  For the more adventurous, biking to Parc régional de la chute du Calvaire is an option. Use local bike paths starting from Lanaudière and follow the designated cycling routes to Mandeville. Once you arrive in Mandeville, head towards Chem. des Cascades. The park is approximately 5 kilometers from the town center. • Walking

  If you find yourself in the vicinity of Mandeville, you can walk to Parc régional de la chute du Calvaire. Though it is a longer trek, the scenic views along the way make it worthwhile. From Mandeville, head southwest on Chem. des Cascades for about 5 kilometers. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water, as the walk can take approximately 1.5 hours.
