If you're driving from anywhere in Lanaudière, head south on Route 125 towards Montreal. Merge onto Autoroute 40 (A-40) to continue your journey towards Montreal. As you approach the city, follow signs for the Ville-Marie Expressway (Autoroute 720). Take the exit for Rue Berri, which will lead you towards the downtown area. Continue on Rue Berri, then turn left onto Rue Saint-Pierre. Maison de Mère d'Youville will be on your left at 138 Rue Saint-Pierre. Note that parking may be limited in the area, so consider using parking garages nearby, which may have costs ranging from CAD 10 to CAD 30 depending on the duration.

From the Joliette station (or any major station in Lanaudière), you can take a train to Montreal's Central Station (Gare Centrale). Upon arriving, exit the station and walk to the nearby Bonaventure Metro Station (Yellow Line). Take the Metro towards Longueuil-Université-de-Sherbrooke and transfer to the Green Line at Berri-UQAM station. Ride towards Angrignon and get off at the Place-d'Armes station. From there, it's a 10-minute walk: head southwest on Rue Saint-Antoine, turn left onto Rue Saint-Pierre, and you will find Maison de Mère d'Youville at 138 Rue Saint-Pierre. The total transit fare is approximately CAD 6 for a round trip.
