Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from anywhere in Montérégie, get on Autoroute 20 (A20) heading towards Montreal. Depending on your starting location, you may also take Autoroute 30 (A30) to connect to A20. Follow A20 into the city and take exit 4 for Rue de la Montagne. Continue onto Rue de la Montagne and turn right onto Boulevard René-Lévesque. The Ring is located at Place Ville Marie, 1048, Montreal, Quebec H7R 5Z3. There are parking facilities around Place Ville Marie, but expect to pay for parking, which typically costs around $3-$5 per hour.

• Public Transportation

  If you prefer public transportation, you can take the RTM (Réseau de transport métropolitain) train from various locations in Montérégie. For example, if you're in Longueuil, take the train from Longueuil–Université-de-Sherbrooke station to Bonaventure station, which is the closest metro station to Place Ville Marie. The train fare is about $6 for a single trip. From Bonaventure station, it’s just a 10-minute walk to Place Ville Marie where The Ring is located. Alternatively, you can take the STM metro line 1 (Green Line) to McGill station and walk approximately 15 minutes to reach Place Ville Marie.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  For a more direct and comfortable option, consider taking a taxi or rideshare service like Uber from your location in Montérégie. Depending on traffic and distance, fares can vary, typically ranging from $30 to $60 from areas like Longueuil or Brossard to downtown Montreal. This provides a convenient door-to-door service, especially if you're traveling with luggage or in a group.
