At Jean-Drapeau, transfer to the Yellow Line (Line 4) towards Longueuil-Université-de-Sherbrooke. Travel 2 stops and get off at the Parc Jean-Drapeau station. From there, walk south towards the Botanical Garden, crossing the bridge over to the mainland. The Montreal Botanical Garden will be straight ahead at 4101 Sherbrooke St E.
